On October 29, the Symposium on Key Enterprises in Construction Steel Industry was held in Qingdao. Xia Nong, Vice President of China Iron and Steel Association, attended the conference. Zhu Guangxia, Member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee and Vice President of China Metallurgical Group Corporation (MCC Group) and Metallurgical Corporation of China (China MCC), was invited to attend the conference and deliver a keynote speech.
He introduced the basic information of China MCC, analyzed the current development at home and abroad as well as the future development direction of the steel structure industry, and shared the comprehensive strength and typical achievements of China MCC in the steel structure business, such as industrial platform, standards and specifications, research and development, design, manufacturing and installation. He pointed out that China MCC will make continuous efforts on product upgrading, industrial coordination and development of domestic and overseas markets; with more firm determination, innovative thinking and practical actions, it will constantly improve the core competitiveness in the steel structure business, provide higher-quality steel structure solutions for China's infrastructure construction, industrial development and urbanization process, and contribute to the standardized and sustainable development of the industry.
At the symposium, in-depth exchanges and discussions were carried out on expanding the growth space of the construction steel market and tapping the development potential of steel structure buildings.
Over 30 relevant heads of steel enterprises and industry bodies; Zheng Li and other heads of the functional departments of the headquarters of China MCC and relevant subsidiary enterprises attended the conference.
